I am 27 years old from Kiryat Malachi, Israel.

I'm multidisciplinary artist and undergraduate student in the Department of Ceramic and Glass Design at Bezalel Academy.

I immigrated from Ethiopia when I was 8 years old. When I was 12 years old I discovered my connection to art  and since then it has become an integral part of who I am.

In most of my works there is some expression of the customs of Ethiopian culture, its food and its variety. My works also deal with identity, gender, sexuality and a combination of tradition and modernity (contemporary). The technique I work with mostly are acrylic paintings, sculpture, design and embroidery.
